Prefer to do it online? Set your loan up in the portal instead of emailing the packet — it collects the same information, you sign electronically, and you get a signed PDF back straight away. Live balances and statements follow on the WrapServicer platform once servicing begins.
Complete the packet in its entirety and submit it by email to admin@polarismgmt.net. If you already have an account with us, note that we need a new service agreement for each address — it's imperative we have the most current information on file.
